CONSTRUCTION

* Base Plate: the base structure is made of iron IPE profiles. The wooden floor itself, the perimeter cladding, the ceiling and the trusses are made of wooden prisms from 100 to 160 mm thick with integrated insulation (EU energy standards), so no extra insulation is required.
